Hi there! It’s your friend Lisa! And I’m so glad you’re here.

You are likely ready to do the “inner” work that will make a difference in your relationships and life. Journaling can be a form of inner work and is something that I have A LOT of experience with. 

I have used it as a tool to work out the inner issues that can affect relationships and life. After all, this is all that we can control, right?

As a younger person I was divorced, twice, and used journaling to resolve the issues created by, not only the divorce itself, but of the negative interactions between myself and my former husband while we were married. I’m amazed at the personal growth that came through writing. I used some guided journaling and some free writing. I was able to move on and see the experiences as teaching and my current state as healing.
