testimonial
– Rachel T.
“Before I found Living Intentionally Co, I always felt stuck in the same patterns. I wanted to journal, but staring at a blank page only made me feel frustrated. The guided prompts gave me the direction I needed, and within a week I was writing things I didn’t even know were inside me. Journaling has become a safe space where I can sort my emotions, track my goals, and dream bigger than I ever have before. I finally feel like I’m moving forward, not just spinning my wheels.”

FAQ
What if I miss a session?
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. If a you are absent from a session without notice, the session is lost. If there is not another time that works for both the Coach and the Client, an additional session will be added on to the end of the 12 Week Series.
How much time will this take weekly?
The actual coaching sessions will be 45-60 minutes once per week. You are encouraged to email once per week. That can take 20 minutes. To stick with the program and make progress you are encouraged to journal daily. This can take anywhere from 20-60 minutes. So, I would say that to get the most out this program, you should spend at least 20-60 minutes per day on it. Those people who dedicate themselves to deep diving into their thoughts and feelings while journaling and taking time to unravel them have the most success and get the most out of this experience.
Is there support between sessions?
I expect an email halfway through the week from my clients. After we meet, I will be sending homework, which you will send back prior to our next appointment. Other than that, nothing is mandatory. Additional contact via phone, email, messaging, etc. will be determined between each client and myself depending on the circumstances and needs.
What if this doesn't work for me?
The only reason this program would not work to some degree is if the client does not participate in the homework and journal daily. You are guaranteed to see a difference in your mindset, behaviors, and have a new life trajectory if you participate and do the work.
Do you offer payment plans?
1 payment due at the 1st meeting of $4900.00. Shopify has 2 payment plans available.
How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is about healing from trauma. Coaching is about taking action toward a better life.
Will I get significant result from coaching?
You may wonder if there is a significant return on your investment. My answer would be YES. Your program will be yours and yours alone. I will curate the worksheets and journal prompts for you and the issues that you present with, or want to focus attention on.
What makes you qualified to be a mindset coach?
I bring both academic knowledge and real-life experience to my coaching. I’ve studied Adult Human Development at the graduate level and bring both academic knowledge and real-life experience to my coaching. My personal journey includes depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, major medical issues, miscarriage and divorce.

“I joined the LIC Journaling Club because I wanted accountability, but what I discovered was so much more. The prompts helped me uncover parts of myself I hadn’t paid attention to in years, and the community made me feel supported and understood. I used to think journaling was just for keeping a diary, but now I see it as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and growth. It’s honestly one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.”
