Your journey begins with a free discovery call where we’ll explore your goals and see if we’re a good fit. From there, we’ll meet once per week via Zoom for six months of focused coaching. Along the way, you’ll engage in daily journaling, personalized workbooks, and worksheets to support your growth between sessions.

On these 1:1 Coaching Video Calls, I will personally help you:

  • Determine what negative mindsets you're living with daily.
  • Provide you with materials that will help make changes to these mindsets.
  • Discuss these materials and mindsets to facilitate further changes.
  • Give you guidance to daily journaling and discuss further breakthroughs.

This coaching program is uniquely centered around journaling. As per my "About" section, journaling has played a big part in my life and has been a means of healing from the many difficulties I have faced throughout life. I hope to pass the skill and benefit of journaling to you so that, when we have completed our time together, you can turn to your journal with new abilities from our sessions and work out whatever comes your way.

If you've tried self-help books or workshops, but still feel like you're spinning your wheels, you're not alone. You may feel lost and unsure about the direction you are taking. You may also feel self-doubt constantly and have a loop of negative thoughts running through your head. Maybe you feel uncertain about the decisions that you have to make. Coaching promises mornings of clarity and calm. Confidence in your choices and a tool box full of strategies and skills for resilience and growth.

This Coaching Experience is for approximately 6 months (about 26 meetings). I will meet with you for 45-60 minutes once per week via zoom, exchange one email with you during the time between meetings, send homework and personalized journal prompts after each meeting via email, and it will be returned to me the day of our next meeting via email. We will also set goals, achieve goals, and have accountability check-ins. (Each coaching relationship is unique, however, and boundaries and expectations will be established with each person individually.)

Each person's journey is different, however, a timeline of 6 months is about average for wrapping-up the major issues that are presenting at the beginning of coaching. Guidance of this type takes time, patience, and persistence.

If you feel you are not ready for a commitment of this magnitude, I will be offering courses and workshops beginning in January 2026. You will be able to learn journaling skills with others like you. 

FAQ

What if I miss a session?
24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. If a you are absent from a session without notice, the session is lost. If there is not another time that works for both the Coach and the Client, an additional session will be added on to the end of the series.

How much time will this take weekly?
The actual coaching sessions will be 45-60 minutes once per week. You are encouraged to email once per week. That can take 20 minutes. To stick with the program  and make progress you are encouraged to journal daily. This can take anywhere from 20-60 minutes. So, I would say that to get the most out this program, you should spend at least 20-60 minutes per day on it. Those people who dedicate themselves to deep diving into their thoughts and feelings while journaling and taking time to unravel them have the most success and get the most out of this experience.

Is there support between sessions?
I expect an email halfway through the week from my clients. After we meet, I will be sending homework, which you will send back prior to our next appointment. Other than that, nothing is mandatory. Additional contact via phone, email, messaging, etc. will be determined between each client and myself depending on the circumstances and needs. 

What if this doesn't work for me?
The only reason this program would not work to some degree is if the client does not participate in the homework and journal daily.

How is this different from therapy?
Therapy is about healing from trauma. Coaching is about taking action toward a better life.
